what a shocker… i’m starting my serious work at 12:30. expect a whiny, exhausted away message around 3 AM.

alternately watching the simpsons and brainstorming for ideas to update my website.

no start at all yet today, although I did get an email from the editor of a literary journal soliciting a submission from me, so that’s good. Now it’s time to start, and possibly consider amending the day’s original lofty goals.

Bike Race ‘05 is fast approaching, and I look forward to being an unruly, inconsiderate guest at someone else’s party this year, rather than being an unruly, inconsiderate host.

today’s overly ambitious goal: write 19 pages, which would give me 100 for the month (well, for the past 2 1/2 weeks) of May. starting…… now.
