today is the 3rd day in a row when ESPN has taken a 5 minute interlude to explain to me that if the temperatures are higher at this weekend’s race, then the drivers are more likely to be hot. Seriously. And they pay people to do this crap.

got the house to myself for the next 10 hours or so. Maybe I ought to get some work done now.

summer break is still fun, but not nearly as fun when you know it counts more as unemployment than as a break from school.
