taking my old lady out to a fancy dinner (which, coincidentally, is much easier now that we have a joint bank account), then going to the movies, mostly for the popcorn.

i pretty much never need to see joe rogan on espn again.

unlike when i normally lie about working all day, i really worked hard today. still not done that essay though.

still working. thank god (and TLC) for air conditioning in the loft.

hopefully done a draft of this essay before noon.

i know this isn’t gonna elicit much sympathy from anyone, but today was the first time in a while that an alarm has woken me up, and I didn’t like it at all.
