well, good job, Republicans. Spend a year getting people as angry as possible, opposing a bill but never offering any alternatives besides rage, and now people are firing guns and making credible death threats.

Literally every time I read news out of DC, I’m disappointed.

(this is not about opposing the healthcare bill; it’s about intentionally lowering the level of discourse and steafastly refusing to ever offer any substantive ideas, so that idiotic and dangerous reactions became inevitable)
