two things this neighborhood could use less of:

- unleashed dogs
- guys who think it’s okay to make casually racist jokes to strangers

pitting the dogs’ hatred of rain against their love of going for walks. Which will win? Not me, because I’m going to have to smell them when they’re soaked.
