I’m doing that Eagles Almanac again. We’re using Kickstarter to raise funds to print the book; a donation of $10 or more will help support the project (ie, help me get paid) and will get you a copy of the book when it’s done. Go here if you’d like to do that.

It seems like Amazon was ultimately in the right to remove illegal copies of these books, BUT, them surreptitiously deleting people’s copies of 1984 using something called WhisperNet so perfectly illustrates the concerns about their practices that it’s almost funny

as it turns out, 20 consecutive student conferences is my brain’s limit. 6 to go. then I have to figure out how to teach a class.

Also, I’m conferencing with students today, which means I have nothing but time to sit around and type things at your face.

Having now watched 9 halves of Explorer basketball this year, feel it’s safe to say I am an expert.
